Welcome to Journey Church. You can get a religious experience anywhere. We focus on taking steps in our relationships and we believe that God wants to have a personal relationship with you. We want to encourage you to explore or take steps to experience more of God. In Him, we find our best life. AUGUST

GOD AT THE MOVIES: Sunday Summer Series
Sunday July 23 - August 20 at 9:30 & 11:00 am
This series is always a summer favorite as we look at some movies and how they reflect a great story of God. We'll be looking at how God can rewrite the script in our lives.

BAPTISMS & CHURCH AT THE BEACH - AUGUST 27
We will host a special Sunday at the beach at the end of this summer. We will be meeting with both our Collaboration Churches (Restore & Venture) at Marantha at 10:30 am. Bring a beach chair or blanket/towel to sit on the beach and stuff to hang out after church if you want to hang out after church. We will have a service with a few songs, a short message & baptisms. There will be no services at our location at 9:30 & 11. More details & directions here. Baptism: You can find more details here if you are considering getting baptized. The deadline is August 13. 

BACKPACK & SCHOOL SUPPLY DRIVE
Every year we look to support our school and help local kids in need with our annual school supply drive. While your out shopping grab some back packs and things like crayons, pencils, erasers, notebooks, folders, color pencils, markers and glue. You can drop off school supplies any time in August starting on August 13 and we will get them to local kids in need. 

PARTNERSHIP TEAM NIGHT: AUGUST 22
Partnership is different than membership. This is about exclusive group or voting. It's about owning & living out the mission. Every year we have a few goals for our church and we provide a swag bag/resource pack of goodies to encourage each other to live out the mission. We have 2 Team Nights every year and our next one is August 22 as we gear up for fall. Register for our new session of Partnership here.

Network Teams are regional large groups that impact the community with service projects and encourage each other to take next steps.
NETWORK TEAM ICE CREAM HANGOUTS
Each Network Team is meeting up on Tuesday Night August 15 at an ice cream shop in each region. This is a great time to jump into the team as we gear up for fall. Find times, locations and more details here.

JOURNEY KIDS END OF SUMMER "FLAMINGLE" PARTY: AUGUST 20 11:00 am
This is a fun event for the whole family as we wrap up summer and gear up for fall. It will happen during the 11 am gathering but it's not a drop off event, it's for the whole family.

Our weekly groups for 6th-12th graders are on summer break but we still have some events all summer.
